In that case, the \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0631\u062c\u0629 review usually moves toward X95, G105 or S135.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">X95 \u0623\u0646\u0628\u0648\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0641\u0631: Intermediate Strength Between E75 and G105<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>X95 Drill Pipe<\/strong> provides an intermediate API 5DP strength level, with <strong>95 ksi \/ 655 MPa minimum yield strength<\/strong>, <strong>125 ksi \/ 862 MPa maximum yield strength<\/strong> and <strong>105 ksi \/ 724 MPa minimum tensile strength<\/strong>. It is selected when E75 does not provide enough tensile-load margin, but the well profile still does not require G105 or S135. If the limiting factor is connection torque, dogleg fatigue or tool joint condition, moving to a higher pipe body grade alone may not solve the problem.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G105 \u0623\u0646\u0628\u0648\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0641\u0631: Higher Strength for Deeper or Directional \u0627\u0644\u0628\u0626\u0631s<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.drillpipes.com\/ar\/%d0%b1%d1%83%d1%80%d0%b8%d0%bb%d1%8c%d0%bd%d0%b0%d1%8f-%d1%82%d1%80%d1%83%d0%b1%d0%b0-g105\/\">G105 Drill Pipe<\/a><\/strong> provides <strong>105 ksi \/ 724 MPa minimum yield strength<\/strong>, <strong>135 ksi \/ 931 MPa maximum yield strength<\/strong> and <strong>115 ksi \/ 793 MPa minimum tensile strength<\/strong>. It offers a higher strength window than X95, but remains below S135, making it suitable for medium-to-deep directional wells, controlled horizontal sections and drilling intervals where torque, tension and cyclic bending increase but a high-strength S135 route is not yet required.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G105 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0631\u062c\u0629 review should include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tensile-load margin under planned \u0627\u0644\u0628\u0626\u0631 depth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0639\u0632\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0648\u0631\u0627\u0646 and \u0627\u0644\u0633\u062d\u0628 along the directional section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0627\u0644\u0648\u0635\u0644\u0629 size, \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0635\u0644\u0629 type and shoulder contact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0627\u0644\u0623\u0646\u0627\u0628\u064a\u0628 marking, MTC and heat number traceability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>G105 \u0623\u0646\u0628\u0648\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0641\u0631<\/strong> selection is usually reasonable when the main requirement is higher \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0646\u0627\u0628\u064a\u0628 body strength, while \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0628, \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0635\u0644\u0629 and service-environment risks remain controlled. If the \u0627\u0644\u0628\u0626\u0631 profile includes long lateral rotation, high \u0639\u0632\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0648\u0631\u0627\u0646, severe dogleg or sour-service exposure, G105 still needs a deeper performance review instead of being selected by \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0631\u062c\u0629 name alone.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S135 \u0623\u0646\u0628\u0648\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0641\u0631: High-Strength API \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0631\u062c\u0629 for Higher Load Conditions<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.drillpipes.com\/ar\/%d0%b1%d1%83%d1%80%d0%b8%d0%bb%d1%8c%d0%bd%d0%b0%d1%8f-%d1%82%d1%80%d1%83%d0%b1%d0%b0-s135\/\">S135 Drill Pipe<\/a><\/strong> provides the common high-strength API baseline in this grade group. With a 135 ksi minimum yield-strength level, it is normally reviewed for deep wells, high hook load, long horizontal sections and drilling programs where the drill string needs a larger tensile-strength margin.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S135 is important because it expands the available strength window beyond E75, X95 and G105. But it should not be treated as the automatic best answer. Higher strength also makes toughness, hardness, \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0628-sensitive geometry and \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0635\u0644\u0629-side performance more important.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S135 should be reviewed carefully when:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0637\u0627\u0641 load approaches the practical margin of G105<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>long \u0623\u0641\u0642\u064a or ERD sections increase \u0639\u0632\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0648\u0631\u0627\u0646 and \u0627\u0644\u0633\u062d\u0628<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>high dogleg severity creates repeated bending stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>high make-up \u0639\u0632\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0648\u0631\u0627\u0646 requires stronger \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0635\u0644\u0629 review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0627\u0644\u0648\u0635\u0644\u0629 matching becomes critical to \u0633\u0627\u0642 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0641\u0631 performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hardness, toughness or cracking risk may control the service condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For sour-service or H2S-containing environments, S135 should not be selected only because it has high strength.
